摘    要:不同原油的石脑油馏分以及不同的二次加工工艺产生的石脑油在性质上存在较大的区别,根据不同石脑油馏分的组成和性质优化石脑油加工流程对石油化工企业的能耗、经济效益均将产生显著影响。以C6+重整和C7+重整装置在反应苛刻度同为104的条件下,从石脑油预加氢、分馏、重整反应等环节,基于目标产品收率、能量消耗以及装置投资等角度探讨石脑油加工优化,按"宜油则油、宜烯则烯、宜芳则芳"的原则,以分子结构及特性为基础,以经济效益最大化为目标,对炼化一体化总流程中的石脑油馏分加工工艺整合优化,实现石脑油价值的最大化。

Abstract:Naphthas from different crude oils and naphthas from different downstream process units have a great difference in properties. The optimization of naphtha processing processes based upon the naphtha com- positions and properties will have a great impact on the energy consumption and economic benefits of the petro- chemical enterprises. The process optimization was studied in objective product yields, energy requirement and capital investment in pre-hydrotreating, fractionation and catalytic reforming of C6 and C7 catalytic reforming units under a severity of 104. The naphtha processing process in a overall process flow of an integrated refi- ning-petrochemical plant is optimized based upon the principles of producing the products based upon feed- stock properties as well as based upon molecular structure and maximized economic benefits.
