一种新型复合助磨剂的实验研究

摘    要:本文以三乙醇胺、改性丙三醇、十二烷基磺酸钠为主要原料复合一种新型的助磨剂,此助磨剂对矿渣具有良好的助磨效果,通过实验发现,当改性丙三醇是十二烷基磺酸钠4倍摩尔配比关系时,助磨效果最好。实验还研究了助磨剂对不同配比矿渣水泥的助磨效果,结果发现当矿渣比例达到50%,助磨剂掺入量在0.04%情况下助磨效果也显著。实验测试了此助磨剂对水泥性能影响以及对水泥颗粒分布的影响,并且,通过XRD和SEM分析了对水泥水化的影响。

Abstract:A new kind of grinding aid was synthesized which has good grinding affect with triethanolamine,modified glycerol and sodium dodecylsulphate as materials.The experimental results showed that the grinding affect was best when the ratio of modified glycerol and sodium dodecylsulphate was 4.The grinding effect to different ratio slag cement was also studied.The results showed that the grinding affect was also good when the slag content was 50%,grinding aid was 0.04%.The effect of grinding aid to cement performance and particle size distribution were tested,and the effect to aquation of cement was analyzed by XRD and SEM.
