CFX软件在新型冷氢箱开发中的应用

摘    要:采用CFX流体力学模拟软件对所开发的新型冷氢箱在汽油加氢反应器中的应用进行了模拟计算,考察了新型冷氢箱在反应器内冷热物流混合传热过程中的重要作用。结果表明:在不设置冷氢箱的情况下,下催化剂床层入口的最大径向温差超过5.0℃,说明设置冷氢箱是必要的;新型冷氢箱为冷热物流的混合传热提供了充分的时间和空间,其下催化剂床层入口的最大径向温差小于1.0℃,说明冷氢箱具有良好的混合传热效果;采用新型冷氢箱时,汽油加氢反应条件下可以最大程度地简化冷氢管结构,甚至可以不设冷氢管;采用新型冷氢箱时,较小的压力降就能够达到良好的混合效果,有利于降低装置的能耗;在冷氢箱出口下方设置筛板可以有效纠正新型冷氢箱出口处的偏流现象。

Abstract:The CFX fluid dynamics software was applied to simulate and calculate fluid flow in the new quench box of gasoline hydrotreating reactor.The important role of new quench box in fluid mixing and heat transfer process was studied.The simulation results indicated that,without quench box,the maximum radial temperature difference at the entrance to the next catalyst bed was greater than 5.0 ℃,which illustrated that the quench box was very important and necessary in hydrotreating reactor.The new quench box has provided such an adequate time and space for the mixing and heat transfer that the maximum temperature difference at the entrance to the next catalyst bed was less than 1.0 ℃.The quench pipe could be simplified or deleted in gasoline vapor phase hydrotreating process with the new quench box.With the new quench box,good mixing results could be achieved with little pressure drop,which was favorable for reducing energy consumption of hydrotreating unit.The installation of sieve plate at the outlet of new quench box was the effective measure to eliminate deflected flow.
