常压塔的稳态模拟和操作优化

摘    要:作为炼油加工的第一个工艺装置,原油蒸馏装置的操作优化非常重要。原油蒸馏装置传统的操作优化往往只具备单一的优化目标,随着技术的发展,传统的操作优化已经不能满足现有的需求,在此背景下出现了多目标优化研究。为实现炼油工业中常压塔装置操作条件的多目标优化,采用流程模拟软件Aspen Plus搭建常压塔装置的稳态模型,并引入跳跃基因算子和自适应机制的NSGA-Ⅱ算法来求解利润-能耗多目标优化问题,获得一组Pareto最优解,该组Pareto最优解具有良好的延伸和分布。仿真结果表明,在满足产品质量和产品馏出率的约束条件下,常压塔的全塔利润还可以提高,为常压塔的多目标操作优化提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:As the crude distillation unit (CDU) is a primary process unit of the refinery, the study on the operation optimization of the unit is very important in petrochemical industry. The conventional operation opti- mization of CDU only has one single optimization objective. With social progress and development of science and technology, the conventional operation optimization can not meet the requirement. Therefore, multi-objec- tive optimization has been developed. To realize the multi-objective optimization of operating conditions of CDU in petroleum refining industry, a steady state model based on Aspen Plus has been developed to simulate a commercial CDU. The jumping genes adaption and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm I1 ( ANSGA- I1 - JG) are applied to find solutions to multi-objective optimization of profit and energy consumption. A group of Pareto optimized solution has been obtained, which offers a good spreading and distribution. The simulation results demonstrate that the profit of CDU operation can be further improved under the conditions that the prod- uct quality and product yield are met. This provides a new way for multi-objective operation optimization of CDU.
