高速铁路轨道用钢中铝含量控制研究

摘    要:通过计算的方法研究了高速铁路轨道用钢中铝含量的控制措施,计算结果表明:在LF精炼工况下,重轨钢中的硅元素可以将渣中的Al2O3还原到钢中,从而引起钢中铝含量的增加。因此,通过控制炉渣低碱度、低Al2O3及把钢中硅含量控制在下限,可以将钢中铝含量控制在较低水平。

Abstract:In the present paper measures for control over aluminium content in rail steel used for high speed train are studied by calculating.Results show that in the process of LF refining the Al2O3 in the slag can be reduced to the liquid steel by silicon in the heavy rail steel,thus resulting in an increase of aluminum content in steel.And therefore by controlling the basicity and Al2O3 content of the slag at the low level and keeping the silicon content in the steel on the bottom line the aluminum content in steel can be held at a lower level.
