摘    要:利用高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)同时分离水样和印染废水中的3,5-二硝基苯甲酸、对硝基苯甲酸、对硝基苯酚等硝基苯化合物。通过考察缓冲液类型及浓度(10~50mmol.L-1)、pH值(7.0~9.5)、分离电压(10~30kV)、进样时间(2~10s)等因素对分离效果的影响,建立了水样中硝基苯类化合物的快速分离测定方法。得到的合适的电泳条件为硼砂缓冲液20mmol.L-1、pH值9.2、电泳电压25kV、进样时间4s。将该分离方法应用于实际印染废水中的硝基苯类化合物的分离测定,结果表明该方法快速、准确、重现性好。

Abstract:The nitrobenzene compounds including 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid,nitrobenzoic acid and p-nitrophenol in water and dyeing waster water were separated and analyzed by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE).A quick HPCE separation method was established by optimization of isolation conditions such as buffer solution and its concentration(10~50mmol·L-1),pH value(7.0~9.5),voltage(10~30kV) and sample injection time(2~10s),and the optimum separation conditions were as follows: 20mmol·L-1 borax buffer,pH9.2,voltage 25kV,sample injection time 4s.This method was reproducible,reliable and accurate in isolation and analyzing the nitrobenzene compounds in dyeing waster water.
