摘    要:针对非电动钻机存在钻井液排量调节精度差、费时、费力及不安全等弊端 ,结合钻井生产实际 ,介绍了研制的非电动钻机用钻井液排量控制装置的基本组成、工作原理 ,技术关键、性能指标和使用操作规程等。该装置以远程控制为突破口 ,集液压、电气、控制于一体 ,结构原理简单 ,安装使用方便。采用该装置后 ,钻井液排量可以在小范围内较准确地调节 ,对于处理井下复杂情况及进行常规作业将起到积极的作用 ,具有广阔的应用前景

Abstract:In the light of the low adjusting accuracy of slush displacement in drilling with non-electric-drive drilling rigs, a drilling fluid displacement control apparatus is developed. Its basic component parts, operating principle, technical points, performance index and operating rules are introduced. The apparatus adopts remote control, and integrates hydraulic and electric and control in the structural design. It is simple in structure and is easy to install and use. By using this apparatus, the slush displacement can be adjusted accurately within a small range.
