宝钢烧结机头电除尘器钢框架的计算分析

摘    要:宝钢二期烧结机头电除尘改造,面对施工难度大,场地有限,停产时间控制在25天等客观条件,我们运用MTS软件合理地建立整体除尘器框架的有限元分析计算模型,进行结构分析计算,准确地计算出应力及变形,全面分析该框架整体稳定性,为选择整体推移技术改造方案提供必要的技术保障和理论依据。

Abstract:Baosteel Phase II modification of electric dust catcher at the head of sintering machine is confronted with construction difficulty,limited space and production time restriction(25 days).We used MTS software to establish the finite element analysis model for integral electric dust catcher frame in a reasonable way.This paper made a calculation and analysis on structure to work out the stress and deformation accurately and analyzed the integral stability of the frame overall,which provided necessary technica...
