摘    要:为了给下一代移动通信系统的每个用户提供灵活的传输速率,有效地利用系统资源,需要进行速率控制和功率控制。提出了一种新的联合功率与速率控制算法,应用两种基于博弈论的分布式算法联合解决传输速率与发射功率的最优化问题,分析了该算法的纳什均衡点的存在性、唯一性和帕累托最优性。仿真结果表明,用户可以用较低的发射功率获得高效的数据传输率,该算法具有较快的收敛速度。
