尼龙6低聚物改性PVC的研究

摘    要:研究了尼龙6低聚物的添加量对改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料的拉伸强度和流变性能的影响;通过热失重分析和常规温度下的热稳定性实验,表征了改性前后PVC材料的热稳定性;借助红外谱图和实验分析,探讨了改性剂与PVC的作用机理。结果表明,随着尼龙6低聚物添加量的增多,改性后PVC材料的拉伸强度呈上升趋势,流动性呈下降趋势。

Abstract:The effect of addition amounts of nylon 6 oligomer on the tensile strengths and rheological properties of modified PVC was studied.The thermal stability of PVC materials before and after modification were analyzed by thermogravimetry and thermal stability analysis experiment at conventional processing temperature;and the action mechanism between modifiers and PVC was researched based on experimental analysis and infrared spectrum.
