摘    要:研究了Fe3O4,FeSO4和Fe2(SO4)3在9mol/LKOH溶液中的溶出行为以及溶出铁对锌腐蚀的影响。通过定性分析和析氢实验,发现Fe3O4,FeSO4和Fe2(SO4)3在9mol/LKOH溶液中能够溶出,溶出的铁加速了锌粉的腐蚀,锌将碱液中的铁置换并沉积在锌粉上,降低了析氢过电位。3种铁化合物在碱性溶液中的溶解度和加速锌腐蚀的程度依次为FeSO4>Fe2(SO4)3>Fe3O4。

Abstract:The solubility of Fe3O4,FeSO4 and Fe2(SO4)3 in 9mol/L KOH solution and corrosion of zinc powders in the solution with dissolved Fe3O4,FeSO4 and Fe2(SO4)3 were studied by qualitative analysis and measuring the volume of hydrogen evolution.It was found that Fe3O4,FeSO4 and Fe2(SO4)3 could be dissolved in 9mol/L KOH solution and that iron could be deposited on zinc from the solution.The hydrogen evolution was depolarized by the deposited iron so that the corrosion of zinc powders was accelerated.The order of the solubility of this three kinds of iron compounds in alkaline solution and the degree of accelerating the corrosion of zinc powders was as the following:FeSO4>Fe2(SO4)3 > Fe3O4.
