摘    要:用薄板在异丁醇 :醋酸 :水 ( 4:1:5 )的展开体系中层析分离茶多酚 ,得到茶多酚组分的四个色点 ,即茶多酚的主要成分EGCG、ECG、ECG、EC ,根据各组分的Rf值和标准品作对照 ,鉴定各色点对应的茶多酚组分 ;将完成分离的薄板覆盖于加有溴甲酚紫指示剂的大肠杆菌培养基上培养 ,观察到抑菌圈出现 ,其抑菌圈大小为EGCG >ECG >EGC >EC。

Abstract:Thin-layer chromatography whih solvent system of isobutyl alcohol,actic acid,and water with the ratio 4:1:5 was used to separate tea polyphenols.Four color spots were observed after the separation,which are the main components of tea polyphenols EGCG,EGC,ECG and EC.Each component was identified by its value of Rf and by contrast with the standard. The sheet performed separating was covered on the E.coli culture medium which was added indicator bromcresol purple,and bacteriostatic circles were obviously observed.The circles'relative scale list as EGCG>ECG>EGC>EC.
