| 摘 要： | 车速鉴定一直是交通事故中的鉴定难点，因为对车速的鉴定不仅要有坚实的理论基础还要有必要的实际工作经验，传统的车速分析方法十分烦琐、计算量较大，在实际工作中不利于交通事故的处理，基于序参量的车速分析方法简单、计算量较小，结果合理。

| Abstract: | Estimate of velocity in the traffic accident is always estimate difficulty in the traffic accident. Estimate of velocity requires very high level of theory and abundant practice experience. Vehicle speed estimates loaded down with trivial details and lots of the calculated work by the tradition method, it is no use in dealing with the traffic accident in practice work. Not only is vehicle speed estimated very easily and few of the calculated work by the analytical method based on slow variable, but also logical outcome is obtained. |
