串联式干气密封在液化石油气泵上的应用

摘    要:对液化石油气泵机械密封频繁失效的原因进行了分析,其主要原因在于密封介质极易气化,在密封端面形成了干摩擦。针对此情况,根据干气密封的工作原理和特点,提出了采用串联式干气密封的改造方案。并结合实际应用情况,指出了串联式干气密封安装和运行时应注意的有关事项。

Abstract:The causes of frequent failure of mechanical seal of LPG pump were analyzed.The main cause of failure is that the sealing medium is easy to gasify and a dry friction is easy to form on the sealing surface. To deal with this problem,the rehabilitation programs on the use of tandem dry gas seal was proposed according to the dry gas seal's working principles and characteristics.The precautions in the installation and operation of tandem dry gas seal are presented.
