摘    要:利用弱碱溶液刻蚀的方法制备出一种具有空心结构的ZSM-5沸石微球,并采用SEM、TEM、XRD和N2吸附-脱附对其进行表征;研究了该空心沸石微球对染料的吸附性能.结果表明,该空心沸石微球具有均一的外径,其壳层为晶化的沸石,并且介孔孔道贯穿其中.此外,空心结构使沸石的吸附性能大大提高.

Abstract:A new kind of uniform hollow zeolite microspheres was successfully synthesized by an efficient strategy of post mild alkaline etching and characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD and N2 adsoption-desorption,etc.This novel product possessed hollow architecture,submicrometer-size,highly crystallized zeolite shells with penetrating mesopore structure and a low diameter-to-shell thickness ratio.Such hollow-structured zeolite microspheres show high capability for adsorbing dye materials.
