溶胶-凝胶(水热)法制备TiO2-SiO2及期对Co/TiO2-SiO2的F-T反应催化性能的影响

摘    要: 分别采用溶胶-凝胶法和溶胶-凝胶水热法制备了TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物,采用等体积浸渍法制备了Co/TiO2-SiO2催化剂。采用N2吸脱附、XRD、Raman、XPS、TPR等手段考察了载体制备方法对催化剂结构的影响,考察了载体制备方法对催化剂费-托合成反应性能的影响。结果表明,溶胶-凝胶水热法制备的TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物具有较高的比表面积,在提高Co物种还原度的同时,有利于更多的Co物种在载体表面分散,进而提高了催化剂对费-托合成反应的催化活性,降低了甲烷的选择性,并提高了C+5烃的选择性。

Abstract:TiO2-SiO2 supports were prepared by means of Sol-Gel and Sol-Gel(hydrothermal),respectively.Co/TiO2-SiO2 catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation.The effects of support preparation methods on the structure of Co/TiO2-SiO2 and its catalytic activity for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS) were investigated by means of N2 adsorption,XRD,Raman,XPS,TPR and CO hydrogenation.Higher specific surface area was found in TiO2-SiO2 supports prepared by Sol-Gel(hydrothermal),which could improve the dispersion and reduction degree of Co in Co/TiO2-SiO2 catalyst,resulting in the remarkable enhancement of the FTS activity of the catalyst with higher C+5 selectivity and lower CH4 selectivity.
