摘    要:采用碱溶液降解法降解 FER 分子筛作硅源,获得具有 FER 结构的微、介孔复合分子筛材料。采用 XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附、DTG、NH3-TPD 等手段对该复合分子筛材料进行了表征,并以甲醇转化作为探针反应,考察了其催化性能。结果表明,复合分子筛材料同时具有 FER 微孔和 MCM-41介孔的特点,其介孔相与纯 MCM-41相比孔壁增厚;通过改变降解时间可以制备适度微/介孔比例和酸性质的复合分子筛材料,从而在甲醇转化反应中获得较高的烯烃收率。

Abstract:Composite micro-mesoporous molecular sieve with FER structure was acquired in basic synthesis system by using the dissolution of FER zeolite method.The synthesized composite materials were characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,DTG,NH3-TPD.In addition,catalytic performance of composite materials were investigated with the methanol conversion as a probe reaction.The results showed that composite materials possessed the properties of both microporous zeolite FER and mesoporous sieve MCM-41,and thicker pore wall than pure MCM-41.Moreover,the composite material with proper micro-mesoporous proportion and acid strength and acid amount could be synthesized by changing dissolution time of FER zeolite into alkaline solution.So high olefins yield could be obtained in the methanol conversion catalytic reaction over the composite material.
