干磨技术在分子筛制备工艺中的应用

摘    要:干法磨细是目前新兴的一种非金属矿物质机械造粒技术,广泛应用于矿山、煤电、化工企业生产。中国石化催化剂公司齐鲁分公司将干磨技术应用于分子筛制备工艺,使分子筛的粒度分布更加优化,使分子筛制备过程更加高效、节能、环保、可操作性强。分子筛在催化裂化催化剂制备过程中作为活性组分,其粒度分布状况的优劣对于催化剂产品的强度、活性、稳定性等性能的影响至关重要。

Abstract:The application of dry grinding technology is widely used in many walks of industry connecting non-metal materials like mining,coal power,chemical industries,etc.Qilu division of catalyst company of SINOPEC tested the dry grinding technique to treat two kinds of molecular sieves,ZRP-1 and ZSP-3,for FCC microsherical catalyst making.Smaller particle size distribution was obtained to show that the utilization of dry grinding helped the molecular sieve preparation process more efficient,more energy saving,and the prepared FCC catalyst more active,more stable and better in mechanical strength.
