苯基及甲基改性的介孔SBA-15的合成及应用

摘    要:采用水热法以三嵌段共聚物P123为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,分别以苯基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷为改性剂在酸性环境下直接缩合制备苯基改性及甲基改性的介孔分子筛Ph-SBA-15和CH3-SBA-150,并采用小角X射线衍射、红外光谱、N2吸附-脱附、透射电子显微镜等手段,对不同的改性样品进行了表征.结果表明,合成的改性SBA-15不仅成功引入甲基、苯基官能团,而且保持了高度有序的二维六方结构.另外,将基质SBA-15表面引入甲基、苯基疏水基团,可以使SBA-15表面呈现一定的疏水性质,更加有利于有机铜在其孔道内、外表面的吸附沉积,实现了利用表面改性的SBA-15作为模板剂制备铜纳米棒状材料.

Abstract:Phenyl-functionalized and methyl-functionalized SBA-15 mesoporous materials(Ph-SBA-15 and CH3-SBA-15) were directly synthesized on the basis of condensation of TEOS as a silica source and phenyltriethoxysilane or methyltrimethoxysilane or methyltriethoxysilane as surface modifier by using tri-block copolymer ploronic P123 as templating agent under acidic conditions by hydrothermal method.Samples were characterized by small-angle XRD,FT-IR,N2 adsorption-desorption,and electron microscopy.Results showed that the phenyl groups and the methyl groups are covalently attached to the pore walls of SBA-15 after modification.Functionalized materials still preserved a desirable ordered two-dimensional hexagonal structure.Furthermore,the surface of SBA-15 preserved hydrophobic properties because of the phenyl groups and methyl groups.The copper metallorganic compound would be more conducive to be adsorbed and deposited on the internal and external surface of pore channels.By using this method,the copper nanowires attached on the channels of SBA-15 was prepared.
