Knowledge and strategy to deal with the barriers of English reading

As a basic skill, English reading comprehension is now paid more and more attention, yet at the same time is a complicated psychological process during which there are many factors which can impede the progress of efficient reading. Reading barriers generally involve various factors in thinking process, reading habit, strange vocabulary, complex sentence pattern, inner meaning and background information. Both teachers and students are expected to realize this and take some effective measures to pursue further study.
