桑蚕丝织物不同形式的紫外光老化性能分析

摘    要:以桑蚕丝电力纺织物为研究对象,对其进行不同形式的紫外光辐照处理,研究其老化过程中性能的变化情况.对于桑蚕丝织物表面的泛黄情况,采用了黄变指数的概念.研究结果表明,织物表面的黄变指数随照射时间的延长呈现缓慢的增长趋势,且人工汗液浸渍照射处理对黄变指数的影响大于直接照射处理;织物的各项力学性能指标均呈现不同程度的下降;桑蚕丝织物红外特征吸收峰未发生明显变化,但经由Magoshi和Bhat提出的结晶度的推导公式计算得到,老化后桑蚕丝的结晶度增加.

Abstract:B.mori silk plain habutai fabric is studied as the research object.Using different forms of ultraviolet irradiation,we can study the properties of silk aging process diversification.We draw the conclusion: it applies the concept of yellowness index to characterize the surface of B.mori silk fabric yellowing situation.With the irradiation time increasing,yellowness index shows a slow growth trend.What's more,artificial sweat soaking irradiation treatment on the yellowing index is greater than direct irradiat...
