裂纹釉的研制及残余应力有限元分析

摘    要:以长石、滑石、方解石、高岭土等为主要原料制备裂纹釉。研究了釉料配方组成对釉面裂纹效果的影响,并用有限元方法对釉层中的残余应力分布特征及残余应力对裂纹产生的作用机理进行了分析。结果表明:在1250~1300℃、保温时间30min,以及坯、釉的物理性能具有合适的差异时,可以得到效果较好的裂纹釉,且有限元对残余应力的分析与实验结果取得了较好的吻合。

Abstract:Crackled glaze was prepared using feldspar,talcum,calcite and kaolin as main raw materials.The effect of the composition of the glaze on crackled quality was investigated.Distribution of residual stresses and mechanisms of cracks produced in the glaze were analyzed by means of finite element method(FEM).The results show that a good crackled glaze may be obtained when there is appropriate difference in the physical performance between the glaze and the body,the firing temperature is 1250~1300℃ and the holding time is 30 min.The finite element analysis results of the residual stresses are consistent with those of the experiments.
