摘    要:哌嗪衍生物在医药和化工领域有广泛的应用,详细叙述了烷基类哌嗪衍生物、苯基类哌嗪衍生物、二酮类哌嗪衍生物、异黄酮类哌嗪衍生物、雌激素类哌嗪衍生物的合成方法,并指出了哌嗪衍生物合成过程存在的问题和以后的研究方向。

Abstract:Piperazine derivatives in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry have a wide range of applications.The synthesis method of species of alkyl piperazine derivatives,phenyl piperazine derivatives,diketopiperazines derivatives,isoflavones-piperazine derivatives,estrogen piperazine derivatives were described and the problems of the synthesis process of piperazine derivatives and research directions were pointed out.
