高矿化度体系碳酸钙结垢动力学研究

摘    要:研究了高矿化度油田模拟水中各离子初始浓度、pH值对成垢量的影响。结果表明,钙离子、硫酸根离子初始浓度的增加会增加结垢量,碳酸氢根离子、pH值对结垢量的影响较小,氯离子的增加会溶解部分垢量。碳酸钙过饱和溶液中,电导率法能直观测量碳酸钙过饱和溶液的离子浓度,电导率与离子浓度具有良好的线性关系。CaCO3结垢过程中,晶核生成与晶粒长大的活化能分别为32 072 J和13 177 J。

Abstract:The effect of initial concentration of various ions and pH value of the simulate high salinity oil-field water on scaling quantity was studied.Results showed that scaling quantity increased with increasing the initial concentration of Ca2+ and SO42-.The influence of HCO3-and pH on scaling quantity was little.The scale would dissolve with increasing Cl-.The ion concentration of CaCO3 supersaturated solution can be measured directly by conductivity method.There has a good linear relationship between conductiv...
