共射-共基电路的高频响应分析及PSPICE仿真

摘    要:对共射-共基组合放大电路的高频响应进行了详细的分析,给出了上限截止频率的简单计算方法,从密勒效应的角度对比了单管共射放大电路与共射-共基组合放大电路的上限截止频率,并利用PSPICE软件进行了仿真,仿真结果也验证了理论分析的正确性。
