新型两相闭式热虹吸管的传热性能

摘    要:本文设计了一种新型结构的两相闭式热虹吸管(重力热管),通过可视化研究和传热性能研究,探索了新型结构热管中充液率、操作温度及传热量对传热性能的影响。提出了新型热管的流体流动的物理模型,并得到实验验证。结果表明,本文所提出的新型结构热管操作稳定,传热性能良好,临界热通量高。

HEAT TRANSFER PERFORMANCES OF A NEW TWO-PHASE CLOSED THERMOSYPHON
Abstract:A new two-phase closed thermosyphon is designed, in which the visual study is carried out and the heat transfer performance is investigated. The influences of the liquid fill charge, operating temperature and the heat transfer rate on heat transfer performance are discussed. A physical fluid flow model is proposed and tested in the visual observations and heat transfer experiments. The results show that the new two-phase closed thermosyphon not only has a higher stability In operation and a higher critical heat flux, but also has a better heat transfer performances.
