硼铬稀土共渗层与渗硼层粘着磨损特性的对比研究

摘    要:研究了45钢固体硼铬稀土共渗层和渗硼层的粘着磨损特性,并对磨损机理进行了探讨。结果表明:硼铬稀土共渗层具有良好的抗咬合性和减摩性,其原因是共渗层的高温抗压强度高、表面氧化物膜致密并且与渗层的结合强度高。

Abstract:The adhesion behaviour and wear mechanism of the RE-chrome-boride layer and boride layer of 45 steel have been studied by means of wear tests in this paper. The results show that the scuffing resistance and antifriction property are improved by pack RE-chrome-boronizing compared with whose by pack boronizing due to the effects of high-temperature compressive strength and oxide film.
