摘    要:探讨了淬火及回火热处理对激冷铸铁白口层的显微组织与耐磨性的影响。结果表明:淬火可以使激冷铸铁的白口层获得以马氏体为主的显微组织,从而显著提高其耐磨性,且随淬火温度提高耐磨性先下降后又升高,低温回火基本不影响这一变化规律。

Abstract:The influences of quench and temper treatment on the microstructure and wear resistance of white layer of the chilled cast iron were discussed. Results show that the quench promotes the iron's white lay6r to acquire the martensite,and its wear resistance is obviously increased. But with the quench temperature's increase,the wear resistance decrease firstly,then increase. Additionally the low-temperature temper has no influences on this change law.
