低铬白口铸铁中硅对组织形态的影响

摘    要:采用硅进行低铬白日铸铁的台金化.实验发现.随着硅含量增加,碳比物形貌由网状向断网状、分散孤立的条块状转变;碳化物的含量增加,尺寸细化;碳化物硬度、基体硬度及材料的整体硬度也逐渐增高。在铬含量为5%左右、硅含量>2.5%时.碳化物出现了M7C3型。

Abstract:The low chromium white cast iron using silicon as alloy element have been studied. The experiment show that the carbides in continuous net form will vary into discontinuous net form or strip form. and the quantity of carbides will increase and the size will reduce. and hardness of the carbides and matrixes will increase with silicon contentes increasing. When the contentes of silicon is more than 2.5% and chromium is 5% or so, the type of M7C3 carbidewill discover.
