钢件表面特殊多相复合层的研究

摘    要:采用金属徐覆铸造技术,同时渗入石墨化元素j'1.W化物生成元素,在铸钢件表面生成4~smm厚含有球状石墨和合金碳化物的特殊多相复合层。石墨球所占面积百分比为2.19%,合金碳化物所占面积百分比为24%。合金碳化物主要是Cr7C3其形态为菊花状、条状和断续网状。在重载干滑动磨损条件下,该复合层具有非常好的耐磨性能。

Abstract:A layer of special poly-phase composite materials,with thickness of 4 or 5 minimeters,have been formed on surface of steel castings by metal-coated casting technique. because of being penetrated graphitizing and carbide-forming elements,the composite layer hold spherical graphites as well as alloyed-carbides,their area percentages are 2. 19 and 24 per cent respectively. The alloyed-carbides, which have morphologies of chrysanthemum, strip and make-and-break reticulation,are mainly composed of Cr7C3. The surface layer possess great wear-resistance under condition of dry slipping with heavy load.
