磷-溴膨胀型阻燃剂的结构表征及在聚丙烯中的应用评价

摘    要:通过对自行合成的阻燃剂季戊四醇双螺环磷酰双三溴新戊醇酯进行结构分析与应用评价.用红外、元素分析等手段表征了其结构,热失重表明其具有良好的热稳定性.将该阻燃剂与三聚氰胺(Mel)、氧化锑(Sb2O3)等复配后,添加至聚丙烯(PP)中,实验表明:在添加量为17%(质量分数)时,阻燃PP材料的氧指数达到26.4%,垂直燃烧通过UL-94 V-0级.显示了良好的阻燃性.

Abstract:This experiment characterized the molecular structure and application of the self-made flame retardant 3,9-haloneopentoxy-2,8,10-tetraoxa-3,9-diphosphaspiro by elemental analysis,FTIR.The result of TG proved that the thermal stability of this compound was good.After the FR was compounded with Sb2O3 and melamine,and added into PP,when the additional rate was 17 wt%,the LOI of the FR PP could reach 26.4% and UL-94 V-0 could be obtained in vertical burning test,which showed its good flame retardant performance...
