| 摘 要： | 针对汽车前门板骨架塑件的结构和工艺特点,介绍模具的结构设计、工作过程及关键部位的设计,并分析了热流道在模具中的应用。经生产实践验证,模具结构合理、工作可靠,寿命长,对类似零件的注射模设计有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The structure,work process and key parts of a hot runner injection mould for the framework of an automotive front door plate were designed according to the component's structural technology characteristics.The application of hot runner technology in the injection mould was also studied.The mould operates reliably and has a long service life. |
