摘    要:连铸二次冷却制度是控制铸坯质量的关键,以方坯连铸机工艺和设备条件为基础,基于目标温度建立方坯连铸凝固传热的数学模型,在验证模型可靠性的基础上对方坯二次冷却制度进行优化,在实践应用中取得良好效果。

Abstract:Secondary cooling system is a key factor to control the quality of C-C slab.On the basis of continuous casting production and equipment conditions as well as on the target temperature of the bloom,a mathematical model for solidification heat transfer process was established.On the basis of validation of the model the secondary cooling schedule of the bloom was optimized and very good result achieved in the actual application of the model.
