我国战略石油储备方式研究

阐述建立战略石油储备对我国石油工业、经济发展乃至国家安全的极为深远的战略意义;介绍国外石油储备状况和石油储备方式;对我国石油储备方式及基地选址进行初步探讨,并做了一些前期研究工作。根据我国现阶段国情及有关部门的决策意向,认为建立海上石油储备将是优先考虑的储备方式,并简述了相关的前沿研究方向:混凝土储油平台,浮式钢结构储油装置,系泊系统及新的储油方式。

A Study on the Method Strategic Petroleum Reserve for Our Country

It has a deep strategic significance for petroleum and economy development and country safety to establish China's own petioleum reserve. First, the paper expatiates the necessity of establishing strategic petroleum reserve, introduces the status and method of international petroleum reserve, and presents our oil storage method. And in the meantime, it makes a preliminary research for selecting the crude oil storage base. According to the situation of our country and the intent of decision-making of administrative departments, this paper proposes the marine oil storage method is worthy top-priority. Finally, this paper introduces several frontier research fields, such as the concrete oil storage platform, floating steel structure oil storage tank, mooring system, and new oil storage method, etc.
