| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了M57962L对IGBT开关器件的驱动与保护原理,并为SKM600GB126D1200V/600A型号的IGBT设计了专用驱动保护电路。针对异步电机用逆变器进行了实验测试,重点分析并解决了M57962L在大电流高频IGBT驱动应用中遇到的问题。
