| Abstract: | A method for the determination of sorbic acid in lactic acid beverage by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was introduced. The method can carry out the qualitative and quantitative analysis with high accuracy and simplicity, which will provide reference for the testing of other preservatives in food. |
