摘    要:为了设计一台高g值长脉冲特性引信机构,使质量为2kg的引信获得10^5g的加速度,本文运用ANSYS软件对引信实验台冲击盘尺寸进行了优化设计,有效地降低了结构的等效应力,为某高g值长脉冲引信实验台冲击盘的设计提供了理论依据.该尺寸优化可以大大缩短设计周期,提高设计水平.

Abstract:In order to design a kind of high-g value and long-pulse fuse device, which can make the fuse with 2 kg weight obtain an acceleration up to 10^5g, the optimization design calculation has been done on the sizes of compact plate of the fuse by using ANSYS software. The result shows that the equivalent stress has been significantly decreased after the optimiza- tion design. This paper will provide a reliable theoretical guidance to the design of one kind of high-g value and long-pulse fuse, and the size optimization which can shorten its design cy- cle greatly and improve design level.
