玄武岩纤维透水混凝土抗冻性能研究

摘    要:为了研究玄武岩纤维透水混凝土的抗冻融能力,设置了玄武岩纤维组、VAE806乳液试验组、玄武岩纤维+VAE806乳液试验组及对照组4组试验。从原材料性能、材料配合比、试件制作及养护等方面介绍了试验方案,并采用质量损失率和抗压强度损失率作为混凝土试块抗冻融能力的分析指标,最终确定加入玄武岩纤维的混凝土试块抗冻融能力相比对照组大约提升20%。

Abstract:In order to study the freeze-thaw resistance of basalt fiber pervious concrete, basalt fiber group, VAE806 emulsion test group, basalt fiber +VAE806 emulsion test group and control group are established. The test scheme is introduced from the aspects of raw material performance, material mix proportion, specimen manufacture and specimen maintenance. The mass loss rate and compressive strength loss rate are used as the analysis indexes of the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete blocks. The results show that the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete blocks added with basalt fiber is about 20% higher than that of the control group.
