摘    要:聚羧酸减水剂在工程中的应用越来越广泛,但现场施工中不同厂家甚至同一厂家不同批次的减水剂质量参差不齐。本文依托银百高速(G69)甜永项目,对工程使用的不同厂家不同批次的81个减水剂样品的基本性能(减水率、泌水率比、初凝时间差、含气量、抗压强度比、1h塌落度经时变化量、收缩率比)进行检测和统计分析。结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂在基准检测材料和条件下的性能表现与现场施工生产指标有一定差别,同一减水剂和不同水泥厂家的水泥存在相容性问题,减水剂性能指标波动过大会影响现场生产控制,增加成本。

Abstract:Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is more and more widely used in engineering. However, in the field construction, the quality of superplasticizer from different manufacturers or even different batches of the same manufacturer is uneven. Relying on the Tianyong project of G69 expressway, the basic properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (water reducing rate, bleeding rate ratio, initial setting time difference, gas content , compressive strength ratio ,1h collapse time variation , shrinkage ratio) are investigated and analyzed. The results show that the performance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer under the reference material and condition is different from the site construction production indicators. There are compatibility problems between the same polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the cement from different manufacturers. The fluctuation of performance index of polycarboxylate superplasticizer affects the field production control and increases the cost.
