| 摘 要： | 搭建半导体制冷实验装置，对其进行性能实验分析。实验结果表明，实验装置满足试验要求，性能良好。通过确定装置最佳工作电流、考虑特性参数与温度的关系来分析如何提高系统性能，使其接近最佳运行状态。

| Abstract: | Construct of the semiconductor cooling experimental devices, and experiment analysis of the performance. The result show that the device can meet the test requirements, and a good performance. By determining the best of the work current, considering the characteristic parameters of the relationship between temperature methods to analyze how to improve the performance of the system, to make it as close as possible to the best running. |
