摘    要:在氯碱生产中 ,蒸发工段尾效排放出大量的低压蒸汽 ,无法用常规方法回收再利用 ,只能用冷水吸收掉。本文的目的是设计一套吸收式热泵回收这部分热量 ,用来预热盐水 ,达到降低蒸汽消耗的目的。文中系统分析了吸收式热泵各个单元的热质传递机理 ,建立了过程模型 ,通过数值模拟显示该吸收式热泵不但能够达到设计要求 ,而且具有非常显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:A great deal of low-pressure vapor, which can’t be rouycled by routine method and can only be absorbed by cooling water usually, is generated in evaporation of chlorine-alkali. A set of absorption heat pump is designed to recycle these heat for preheating brine and reduce the steam consumption. The article analyzes systematically the transfer mechanism of heat and mass in every parts and establishs the process model, and the model shows that the absorption heat pump can achieve the design requirements and has very remarkable economic and social benefit.
