钇对甲烷芳构化催化剂Mo/HZSM—5性能影响的研究

摘    要:研究了稀土钇的含量对Mo/HZSM-5催化剂的活性和选择性的影响,发现稀土钇的加入,不同程度上提高了Mo/HZSM-5的活性和选择性。特别是,当Y/Mo=0.04时,活性最佳。甲烷在1023K芳构化反应,转化率达19.6%,苯的选择性达96.5%,且活性较稳定。

Abstract:The preformance of methane aromatization under a non- oxygen condition on Mo/ HZSM - 5 catalyst modified by Y has been studied by Y content, pretreatment conditions, space velocity, reaction temperature, etc. The results show that the modification of Mo/ HZSM - 5 catalyst by Y can improve the activity of the catalyst and the selectivity for methane aromatization. The catalyst with Y content of 4% shows the optinum aromatization activity. The conversion of methane reaches 19. 6% and the selectivity of benzene is 96. 5% on Y -Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst at 1023K. The catalyst pretreated with CH4 shows better performance for methane aromatization comparing with those pretreated with H2,N2 and air. Decreasing space velocity and increasing reaction temperature can improve aromatization activity. Deposited carbon on the catalyst is removed by hydrogen at 1023K. The catalyst can be regenerated by removing the accumulating carbon on it.
