双传感器振强测量及误差分析

摘    要:简述了双传感器振强测量的原理,重点对该测量方法的有限差分误差、相位误差以及近场误差进行了理论分析和讨论,同时给出了该测量方法的使用条件和近场误差的补偿方法。利用声强测量设备对一模拟无限大板结构进行了实验和分析,获得了满意的测量结果。

Abstract:The vibration intensity measurement technique is an improtant approach with the objectives of identifying and ranking the vibration transmission paths as well as localizing vibration sources.In this paper,the measurement errors of the dual transducer method caused by spatial finite difference approximation,the phase difference between the two transducers and the neglect of near field component are theoretically analyzed by wave theory.It is shown that,for a certain structure and distance between the two transducers,the finite difference provides the upper limit and the phase difference gives the lower limit of measurement frequency band.Since the near field component is neglected in this technique,a compensation approach for this error is provided which makes near field measurement possible.Experiments were carried out on a steel plate with sand supported edges,and satisfactory agreement between the tested and predicted data was obtained.
