摘    要:以邻苯二甲酸酐和2-丙基庚醇(2-PH)为原料,以钛酸异丙酯为催化剂,合成了增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二(2-丙基庚)酯。较佳工艺条件为:催化剂为钛酸异丙酯,催化剂用量为0.1%,酯化反应温度为220℃,n(2-丙基庚醇):n(苯酐)=2.5:1,反应时间为4 h。在此优化工艺条件下,苯酐转化率达到99%以上,并通过红外光谱分析表征了反应产物。

Abstract:Di-(2-propyl heptyl)phthalate(DPHP)was synthesized using Ti(OBu)_4 as catalyst from phthalic anhydride and 2-propyl-l-heptanol(2-PH).The factors influencing the preparation of DPHP such as reaction temperature,catalyst amount,reaction time and reactant molar ratios,etc,were studied in detail.The optimum conditions for preparing DPHP were found as follows:Ti(OBu)_4 as catalyst,catalyst concentration 0.1%,reaction temperature 220℃,molar ratio of 2-PH to phthalic anhydride 2.5:1,reaction time 4 h.Under the optimum conditions,the esterification yield of phthal- ic anhydride could reach up to 99%.
