充气水力旋流器分选过程离心力强度的研究

摘    要:离心力强度是影响充气水力旋流器分选性能的一个关键操作变量。本文首先对充气水力旋流器心力强度的分布特征进行了测定,然后,不仅从理论上研究了离心力强度对分选过程行为的影响,而且进行了探讨离心力强度对分选性能影响的试验研究。结果指出,若要使某一粒度段的物料在充气水力旋流器得到有效的分选,其离心力强度应处于适中范围。

Abstract:Centrifugal field strength is a key operation variable in the air-sparged hydrocyclone separation.The distyibution of the centrifugal field strength in the air-sparged hydrocyclone was measured;and, not only was the effect of centrifugal field strength on the separation behavior in air-sparged hydrocyclone theoretically investigated systematically, but also the effect of centrifugal field strength on the separation perfomance was experimentally studied. The research results show that a moderate centrifugal field strength is optimum for the effective separation of particles with a set size fraction in the air-sparged hydrocyclone.
