| 摘 要： | 超声波检测技术在进行电子元器件可靠性研究方面逐渐表现出了很大的优势，本文从超声波检测技术的原理说起，分析了该技术在保证电子元器件质量，提高产品可靠性方面的优势，通过大量的实验证明该技术必将有其广阔的应用前景。

The paper analyzes the advantage over undertaking the quality of electronic products and improving their reliability by begin with introducing the principle of the technique, proving its wide application prospect by plenty of experiments. |
