| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱法对我国不同产地、不同类型烟叶和卷烟样品4种主要生物碱含量进行了分析测定。白肋烟、烤烟、沙姆逊香料烟和巴斯马香料烟总生物碱平均含量分别为4.03%、2.56%、1.58%和0.20%。降烟碱含量在4种生物碱中的变异幅度最大,白肋烟和沙姆逊烟叶降烟碱占总生物碱比例的幅度分别为1.5%~15.5%和1.1%~12.2%,表明样品中不同程度地存在烟碱向降烟碱转化型烟叶。混合型和雪茄型卷烟总生物碱含量和降烟碱比例大于烤烟型卷烟。

| Abstract: | Four principal alkaloid contents of selected Chinese tobacco and cigarettes were determined by GC. Average total alkaloid levels in burley, flue-cured, Oriental (Samsun) and Oriental (Basma) were 4. 03%, 2. 56%, 1. 58% and 0. 2%, respectively. Non-nicotine content varied more than other major alkaloids. In bulked samples of burley and Samsun types, the proportion of non-nicotine to total alkaloid ranged from 1. 5% to 15. 5% and 1. 2% to 12. 1%, respectively, indicating that many individual nicotine to non-nicotine converting plants existed in the samples. The total alkaloid content and proportion of non-nicotine in blended cigarettes and cigar were higher than those in Virginia type cigarettes.. |
