| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国住宅逐渐从封闭走向开放，这一变化引起了住宅规划设计理念的相应改变。文章结合工程实践介绍了南京市溧水县中城花园的规划设计以第五代住宅的特征为基础，体现了创造满足人们不同生活方式的居住空间的概念。

| Abstract: | Recent years, residential housing gradually changes from closing toward opening. The idea of residential district planning correspondingly changes. In light of a project practice, this paper gives introduction to the planning design of Nanjing Lishui Zhongcheng Garden., which bases on the fifth generation residential housing. It gives the conception of creating a residential space for the needs of different life style. |
