成型机力士乐电控系统改造方案浅析

摘    要:对公司老旧成型机进行电控系统改造。根据具体情况,对三鼓式成型机采用仅更换CPU和I/O单元,保留伺服驱动器、伺服电机、变频器等元件的方案。对两鼓成型机采用全新电气控制系统的方案。文中给出改造后控制框图及注意事项。改造成效显著。

Abstract:We moditied the electric control system of old tipe building machines.Depending on the circumstances,for three-drum building machine,replace the CPU and I / O unit and retain servo drive,servo motor,inverter and other components.For two-drum building machine,use new electrical control system.Control block diagram and precautions after modification are presentd in this article.The moditication has remarkable results.
