| 摘 要： | 基本要素是构成军民一体化装备维修保障系统必不可少的条件。从研究基本要素的概念入手，分析了各自的内涵及其相关关系，提出了加强军民一体化装备维修保障建设的措施，对于完善军民一体化装备维修保障系统，深化装备保障体制改革具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Fundamental elements are the indispensable factors of military-civil integration of equipment maintenance support.The paper begins with the notion of key elements,analyzes each intension and interaction,and puts forward the main measures on how to enhance the military-civil integration of equipment maintenance support.It is important to prefect the military-civil integration of equipment maintenance support and intensify the reform of equipment system. |
